Shipping policy

Deliveries are handled by La Poste, UPS, or DHL from Monday to Saturday, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

Delivery times may vary based on the chosen shipping method. To avoid delays, customers must ensure that the delivery address provided is complete and accurate (including floor number, door code, intercom, etc.). During busy periods, delivery times may be extended — please allow up to 15 business days. For international deliveries, it may take up to 25 business days from the date your order is shipped.

Please note: Deliveries to P.O. boxes or hotels are not permitted.

Shipping Costs by Destination:

France

• Standard Delivery (Colissimo or UPS):
  2 to 4 business days from shipment (Monday to Saturday)
  Cost: 7€
  Free for orders over €250

• Express Delivery:
  1 to 2 business days from shipment (Monday to Saturday)
  Cost: 12€

European Union

• Standard Delivery (DHL):
  Cost: 15€

North America :

• Standard Delivery (DHL):
  Cost: 28€

Rest of the World

• Standard Delivery (DHL):
  Cost: 40€

For all deliveries outside Europe (international orders), including the United States, shipments are sent under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms. Customs duties and import taxes applicable in the destination country are automatically calculated at checkout and must be paid at the time of purchase. These charges are included and covered by Dress Gallery – Arizona Love, and no additional payment will be required upon delivery of your parcel.
